I focus on postures and techniques tailored to your unique body, so your workouts will become more effective, and you’ll see better results in less time. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach - every body is unique, and with my custom health and training plans, you can lead a more balanced life while attaining peak physical performance.

Core

Any movement, whether that be as simple as walking or standing, depends on a strong core. In each session, we’ll focus on strengthening your core, as all functional movement and injury prevention is dependent on a stable core and spine.

Cardio

I incorporate a variety of cardiovascular activities (including low impact) to help improve your stamina, elevate your heart rate, and build muscle tone. I’ll show you how Cardio can be so much more than just a treadmill, and even fun to do!

Correction

By identifying overactive and under-active muscles in your unique body, I correct muscular imbalances or movement patterns to help improve your form and physique.
