As an avid marathoner, turned certified personal trainer and health coach, I have a passion for finding new ways to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. By connecting with your body and mind, I’ll challenge you to unlock your full fitness potential, all while reminding you of your ‘why’, so you can power through your workout even on your busiest days.

COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, I’ve added precautions and procedures to our sessions so you can feel confident about returning to In Forma Gym in Greenwich, CT, or in the comfort of your own home. I disinfect all equipment, machines, free weights, and mats before and immediately after client use. Additionally, InForma provides us with the opportunity to train privately, as space is limited to no more than two trainers at once.
